New features
Improvements
- The administration backend is now a standalone app and can run outside a Tomcat container, making installation and maintenance easier.
- Field descriptions in the UIC918.3 barcode structure document are in a more readable format.
- Internal tooling was added to parse load balancer log files for better analysis
- Internal communication between the loadbalancer and the backend service is now https
- Lambda functions have been updated to NodeJS 20 and AWS sdk version 3, and packaging has been streamlined.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a problem where PNG images of barcodes with lesser data than usual have a white border.
- Fixed a problem where product definitions could produce tickets which would not validate on any line number.
- Fixed a problem where in rare cases a connection handler would not do proper cleanup after an unplanned disconnect.
